Good to know

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every feature is free for 14 days. After that, activate AMG Studio with the licence key from your purchase. If the trial ends while you're working, you can finish and save first: the activation screen only appears the next time you open it, and your songs open again as soon as you activate.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and it's yours.

Can I use plugins I already own?

Yes. AMG Studio loads any VST3 plugin and instrument, so your existing amp sims, synths and effects work alongside the AI Music Gear plugins.

Do I need an audio interface?

To record guitar, bass or vocals you'll want one (any USB audio interface works). You can write drums and keys, mix and export without one.

Mac version?

Windows comes first. A macOS version is planned after the Windows release.

Is there a manual?

It's built in. Press F1 for a searchable guide with step-by-step help for every feature, and the YouTube tutorials walk through real songs.
